Raced from Toronto Royal Motor Yacht Club on the October long weekend, the race raises funds for cancer research. Four of the race participants will be wearing 20Knots shirts after they were awarded. Racing on the day were Pelicans, Lasers, Cherubs, Flying 11’s, Lasers, 29ers and VJ’s. It was a balmy, still morning until the race kicked off and a Sou-Wester hit. Lucky winners took home 20knots t-shirts. Winners of scratch were El Nino - Skipper Owen Long and Crew - Nina Long. Winner of handicap was Intrepid - Skippered by Matt Bridge and crew Bynon Telford.<br /><br />The day gave us a chance to introduce our shirts which were well received (and bought) by the sailors!<br /><br />The pic's of Lyndall doing 20knots business, battling the breeze.
